| .Refund.Policy |
Students may cancel their
registration without charge up to two weeks prior to the program
start date.
Less than two weeks prior to the program start date, an administration
charge of $40 will be charged,
and the remainder of fees will be refunded. Students who wish to
withdraw after the first class will be
charged for that class, plus the administration fee of $40. No refunds
issued after the second class of a
program starts. Absence from class does not constitute notice of
cancellation. The instructor must
receive a dated and signed refund request before a refund can be issued.
A refund can only be issued
once the deposited cheque to pay for the program has been cleared.
If both programs are paid for at
the same time to save $60, a refund can only be issued before the 2nd class
of the Beginner Program. |
The school cannot be responsible for classes missed by students.
If a class must be cancelled due to
uncontrollable circumstances such as bad weather or illness, the class
will be rescheduled and a refund
will not be issued. Every effort will be made to post a cancelled
class on the Program Calendar as far
ahead of the class as possible. Students may telephone the instructor
to check the status of a class. The
instructor reserves the right to refuse a student due to continual disruptive
behavior, without refund.
Should the school need to cancel a program due to low enrollment, all students
will be notified in
advance, and full refunds will be issued. |
