   Fees
   Program Fees must be received prior to the program start
   date to reserve a seat in the program.
  Beginner    $295    Students without any previous art training welcome.
  Intermediate    $325    It is recommended that the Beginner Program be completed first.
  SAVE $60 by registering for the Beginner and Intermediate Program at the same time.
  Seniors receive a 20% discount upon presentation of identification (refund by cheque).
  SPECIAL DISCOUNT OFFER: If you know any other person(s) that may be interested in taking
  the program at the same time as you, $50 will be taken off of your program fee (refund by cheque)
for
  EVERY person that takes the program through you.  Learn together and save.
  PAYMENT METHODS:   PayPal, Credit & Debit Cards, Cheque & Money Orders will be accepted.
  Cheque or money order made payable to: Dale Desrochers.  No cash please.
  A PayPal account is not necessary to make a payment through their services.
  You can see the PayPal site pages are secure by the URL address beginning with "https" - note the "s"
  at the end.  An invoice is issued immediately when the program tuition fee is received.  An invoice for a
  personal cheque
is issued when the cheque has cleared.  A certified cheque has no wait for an invoice.

. Refund Policy
  Students may cancel their registration for a full refund up to 2 weeks prior to the program start date.
  Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the program start date, an administration fee of $40 will be
  kept and the remainder of the program payment will be refunded.  Students who wish to withdraw
  after the 1st class will be charged for that class, plus the administration fee.  No refunds will be issued
  after the 2nd class of a
program starts.  Absence from class does not constitute notice of cancellation.
  The instructor must
receive a dated and signed refund request before a refund can be issued.  A
  refund can only be issued
for a personal cheque payment once the cheque has been cleared.  Students
  registered
for both programs can be issued a refund for both programs before the 2nd class of the
  Beginner Program starts, or be issued a refund for the Intermediate Program before the 2nd class of
  that program starts (under the same conditions as above).
  The school cannot be responsible for classes missed by students.  If a class must be cancelled due to
  uncontrollable circumstances such as bad weather or illness, the class will be rescheduled and a
  refund
will not be issued.  Every effort will be made to inform students of a cancelled class by e-mail
  and/or phone and by a notice on the Program Calendar as far
ahead of the class as possible. Students
  may e-mail or
telephone the instructor to check the status of a class. The instructor reserves the right
  to refuse a student due to continual disruptive behavior, without refund.
 Should the school need to
  cancel a program due to low enrollment, all students will be notified in
advance, and full refunds will
  be issued.
