Refund Policy

• Students may cancel their registration for
a full or partial refund up to the
2nd class of a program.
Students who wish to withdraw after the 1st
class will be charged for that class,
and
a refund for the remaining 8
classes will
be issued.
No refunds will be issued after the
2nd class of a program starts.
|
|
• The instructor must
receive a dated and signed
refund request before a refund can be
issued. A refund cannot be issued
to a student for any classes they miss.
|
|
• Should a
program be postponed to start by
1-2 weeks due to low enrollment or other circumstances,
students will be notified in
advance. A refund can be
issued upon request.
|
|
• If a
program is
re-scheduled or
cancelled
after the 2 week start date, full refunds will
be offered.
Students
may choose to maintain their registration
for the next scheduled
program.
|
|
• Once
a program starts, any
class cancelled due to uncontrollable
circumstances such as
bad weather, illness or classroom
changes, the class will be re-scheduled and
a refund will
not be issued. Every effort
will be made to inform students of a
cancelled class by email
and/or phone as far ahead of the
class as possible. The school cannot be
responsible for
classes missed by students. Students may
contact the instructor to check the status of
a
class.
