   Recommend Beginner Program completed first.

Referral Program:
• $50 Discount to you for EACH person you refer, that takes the Beginner Program at the
   same time as you.
• Learn together and save! See Group Discount below for 5+ students.
 • Notification of your referral(s) must be given to the school before class 1.

Senior Discount:
• Students Age 55+:  $50 Discount

Group Discount:
• Do you have a business that relies on artists drawing well?
 • 5 - 8 Students:  $65 Discount for EACH person
• 9+    Students:  $75 Discount for EACH person

Taking Both Programs:
• $50 Discount for EACH person registering for both the Beginner & Intermediate
   Programs at the same time. It's recommended to complete the Beginner Program first,
   then take the Intermediate program next term.

Missed Classes Offer:
• If you are not able to come to some of the classes you paid for (for whatever reason),
   you're welcome to attend those missed classes for FREE whenever they are
   scheduled again.

Refund Policy    See Free Missed Classes Offer Below *

• Students may cancel their registration for a full or partial refund up to the 2nd class of a program.  Students who wish to withdraw after the 1st class will be charged for that class,
and a refund for the remaining 8 classes will be issued.  No refunds will be issued after the
2nd class of a program starts.

• The instructor must receive a dated and signed refund request before a refund can be
issued. A refund cannot be issued to a student for any classes they miss.

• Should a program be postponed to start by 1-2 weeks due to low enrollment or other circumstances, students will be notified in advance.  A refund can be issued upon request.

• If a program is re-scheduled or cancelled after the 2 week start date, full refunds will
be offered.  Students may choose to maintain their registration for the next scheduled
program.

• Once a program starts, any class cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances such as
bad weather, illness or classroom changes, the class will be re-scheduled and a refund will
not be issued.  Every effort will be made to inform students of a cancelled class by email
and/or phone as far ahead of the class as possible.  The school cannot be responsible for
classes missed by students.  Students may contact the instructor to check the status of a
class.
