.
• Students may cancel their registration for a full refund up to 1 week prior to the program
start date.  Cancellation less than 1 week prior to the program start date, an administration
fee of $40 will be kept and the remainder of the program payment will be refunded.
Students who wish to withdraw after the 1st class will be charged for that class, plus the
administration fee.  No refunds will be issued after the 2nd class of a program starts.
Students registered for both programs can be issued a refund for both programs before the
2nd class of the Beginner Program starts, or be issued a refund for the Intermediate
Program before the 2nd class of that program starts (under the same conditions as above).

• Absence from class does not constitute notice of cancellation.  The instructor must receive
a dated and signed refund request before a refund can be issued.

• Should a program need to be postponed by 1-2 weeks due to low enrollment or other circumstances, students will be notified in advance.  A refund cannot be issued.

If a program is re-scheduled or cancelled after the 2 week start date, full refunds will
be offered.  Students may choose to maintain their registration for the next scheduled
program.

• If a class must be cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances such as bad weather,
illness or classroom changes, the class will be re-scheduled and a refund will not be issued.
Every effort will be made to inform students of a cancelled class by email and/or phone and
by a notice on the Inclass Calendar as far ahead of the class as possible.
The school
cannot be responsible for classes missed by students.  Students may contact the instructor
to check the status of a class.

* Missed Classes Offer:  If you are not able to come to some of the classes you paid for (for
whatever reason), you're welcome to attend those missed classes for FREE whenever they
are scheduled again.
